All EcoSafeNet Security products include a limited 12-month warranty covering factory defects, hardware failures, and critical performance issues not caused by misuse or physical damage.
If your product stops working under normal use, contact us and we’ll troubleshoot or replace it if needed. Your protection is our priority.
Returns – Case-by-Case Basis
Due to the nature of electronic security equipment, returns are accepted only in select cases and must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unopened and unused, in original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns will receive store credit or exchange, not cash refunds.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
This policy helps us keep prices low and continue serving our community affordably.
Exchanges for Defective Items
If a product arrives defective or becomes non-functional during the warranty period:
